Directions

How to use:

  • Ensure the skin is dry and clean over the place of application.
  • Open the sachet by hand (do not use scissors) and remove the heat patch.
  • Peel away the paper strip.
  • Adhere the patch to clothing or underwear over the painful area.

Frequency:

  • Use as needed, but do not apply more than one patch to the same area in a 24-hour period.

Aftercare:

  • After use, slowly peel off the heat patch and dispose of it with normal household waste.
