Telfast Tablets are a widely prescribed non-sedating antihistamine used for the relief of seasonal allergies such as hay fever and chronic urticaria. These symptoms may include sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and itchy skin rashes. Telfast is suitable for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age and is especially useful for those needing fast, effective, and long-lasting symptom relief without drowsiness.

How It Works
The active ingredient, fexofenadine hydrochloride, is a second-generation antihistamine that works by selectively blocking H1 histamine receptors. Histamine is a chemical released by the body during allergic reactions. By preventing histamine from binding to these receptors, fexofenadine helps to reduce inflammation, itching, and other allergy symptoms. Its rapid onset of action typically brings relief within one hour, and the effects last for up to 24 hours.

Why Choose Telfast
Telfast is well known for its strong efficacy and minimal sedative effects, making it ideal for individuals who need to remain alert and active during the day. It can be taken once daily and starts working quickly, offering dependable allergy relief for both short- and long-term use. Available in multiple strengths, Telfast can be tailored to the severity of your symptoms and treatment needs.

Important Note
Telfast should be taken with water on an empty stomach. Do not take antacids within two hours of dosing, as they can reduce the absorption of fexofenadine. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications, consult your doctor before use. Always follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
