Adcal D3 PMs can be taken as an adjunct to specific therapy for osteoporosis and in situations requiring therapeutic supplementation of malnutrition e.g. in pregnancy and established vitamin D dependent osteomalacia. Adcal D3 is suitable for the prevention and treatment of calcium deficiency/vitamin D deficiency especially as we age.

  • Supports bone health: Helps maintain strong bones and teeth.
  • Calcium and vitamin D3: Combines two essential nutrients to ensure proper calcium absorption.
  • Suitable for those at risk of deficiency: Ideal for individuals with osteoporosis or low calcium levels.
  • Easy-to-take caplets: Convenient, twice-daily dosage.

Directions

How to take:

  • Take two caplets daily with water, preferably one in the morning and one in the evening. The caplets can be swallowed whole or chewed, depending on your preference.

Frequency:

  • Use daily as directed by your healthcare professional.

Aftercare:

  • Ensure regular check-ups with your healthcare provider to monitor calcium levels if taking for an extended period.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients:

  • Calcium Carbonate (750mg): Essential for building and maintaining strong bones and teeth.

Side Effects

Possible Side Effects:

  • Bloating or gas: Some individuals may experience bloating or gas due to the calcium carbonate in the product.
  • Nausea: Taking supplements on an empty stomach may cause nausea in some users.
  • Hypercalcaemia: Excessive intake may cause high calcium levels in the blood, leading to symptoms such as fatigue, nausea, vomiting, and confusion.
