Introduction

Avamys Nasal Spray is a prescription-only corticosteroid nasal spray used to treat hayfever and year-round nasal allergies. Each spray contains fluticasone furoate, a potent anti-inflammatory agent that reduces symptoms like nasal congestion, sneezing, itching, and a runny nose.

Avamys is especially useful during high-pollen seasons or for patients suffering from persistent indoor allergies triggered by dust mites or pet dander. It provides once-daily, 24-hour relief from even the most stubborn nasal symptoms.

How It Works

Avamys contains fluticasone furoate, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the nasal passages. It blocks the release of chemicals like histamine and cytokines, which cause allergy symptoms.

Unlike oral antihistamines, Avamys works directly where symptoms occur — in the nose — offering targeted relief with minimal systemic absorption. With regular use, it helps restore normal breathing, improves sleep, and reduces the need for other allergy medications.

Why Choose Avamys Nasal Spray

Avamys is favoured by both patients and healthcare professionals for its powerful, targeted action and user-friendly design. The ergonomic spray bottle delivers a fine mist without the typical medicinal odour or aftertaste.

Its once-daily dosing and minimal drowsiness make it a practical option for individuals needing long-term allergy control. It’s ideal for managing both seasonal and perennial symptoms and is safe for use in children over 6 years under supervision.

Important Note

Avamys must be used consistently to achieve full benefit. Symptom control improves with continuous daily use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor. Store below 30°C and keep out of reach of children.
