Directions

How to use:

  • Shake the bottle gently before use.
  • Press down on the pump to release the spray.
  • Remove the cap and prime the pump by pressing a few times.
  • Insert the nozzle into one nostril and spray while breathing in gently.
  • Repeat for the other nostril

Frequency:

  • Apply 1–2 sprays per nostril every 4–6 hours as needed.

Aftercare:

  • Replace the cap securely after each use.
  • Clean the nozzle regularly to maintain hygiene.
