Fybogel Mebeverine is a dual-action treatment designed to alleviate symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Each sachet contains 3.5g of ispaghula husk, a natural fibre that helps to relieve constipation by increasing stool bulk and promoting regular bowel movements. Additionally, it includes 135mg of mebeverine hydrochloride, an antispasmodic agent that relaxes the muscles in the gut, reducing abdominal cramps and pain. This combination provides effective relief from the discomfort associated with IBS, helping to restore and maintain normal bowel function.

Directions
How to use:
- Stir the contents of one sachet into a glass of cold water (at least 150ml) and drink immediately.
- Do not take without water.
Frequency:
- Adults and children over 12 years: One sachet half an hour before a meal, in the morning and evening.
- If necessary, an additional sachet may be taken before the midday meal.
Aftercare:
- Maintain adequate fluid intake.
- Do not take immediately before bedtime.
- Consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after two weeks.
